Got an brand NEW apple Iphone 5 and on the Itunes the only thing is telling me waiting for the iphone and on the Iphone screen the apple logo and the download bar, but nothing happens and more than 2 hours? What is going on

I did the recovery mode and restore and on the iphone appears the logo and the download bar that must showing the status of the download. Itunes gave the information "Waiting for iphone,,," and on the iphone the logo and the download bar, but nothing happens. it remains again for more than 2 hours.

It works on mine nervesss now

Can you try to set it up on a different computer? Are you using the USB port of the computer, not a Hub?

Did you try another USB port?

I try it first on a brand new MAcboor Air i Bought for mine son, and there it does the same thing. Therefore I bring it to work to see if here I can fix that or here it will fix, but seems to get the same problem. What I will do next is get somebody with a cable so I can borrow it and try it again. If that doesnot work I will sent it back to Apple, because it's driving on mine nerve and I bought it becuase will gave mine son mine Iphone 4S.
