Well, yes. No one actually "signs in" to their device with an AppleID - you just use the device but use is not tied to any AppleID. You can use your AppleID in the iTunes and App store so everyone in your family can share purchased content. And you can each get a unique AppleID to use for other things, like iCloud accounts, iMessage accounts, and FaceTime accounts. Each Apple Service can use a different AppleID, so you can use one shared one for shopping and purchased content, and each have their own for everything else.
