When web searching this pops up when trying to go back to previous page: Are you sure you want to send a form again. What can I do to stop this from happening?

When web searching this pops up when I try to go back to previous page: Are you sure you want to send a form again? To reopen this page Safari must resend a form. This might result in duplicate purchase, comments, or other action. I am not doing a form. What do I do to stop this from popping up?
