NFS server permission issue

I am trying to create an NFS Share on mLion and keep getting permission denied error from any client that tries to connect. Here is my exports:

/Volumes/data -network 192.168.111.27 -mask 255.255.255.0

where 192.168.1.27 is another mLion system trying to mount with

nfs://10.101.113.26:/Volumes/data

sudo showmount -e

Exports list on localhost:

/Volumes/data 192.168.1.27

Am I missing something simple here?

sorry I meant to say:

/Volumes/data -network 192.168.1.27 -mask 255.255.255.0
