Yes, 10.7.5, and in order to do so, you would first need to upgrade to Snow Leopard, 10.6, then run Software Update to update it from 10.6.3 to 10.6.8. After this, you will have the Mac App Store which is used to download Lion after you call Apple and they give you a download code.
