My Purchases will not download onto my mac...***?

so I purchased two records.....and they will not download no matter what i do!

it's it really annoying. i've checked the forums on here and it seems that lots of people are having the same issue, yet the reocuring theme seems to be that there is no solution for this......seriously this *****!!! please help?!
