I have a ipod touch 4 and I forgot my password so I got disabled. Whenever I turn on my ipod it will say "connect to itunes". I can't install the new itunes on my computer without having permission from the administrator account. But,my administrator password got expired so I cant get on that. If I go to the apple store and have them unlock it for me,will it cost money?

They probably will not charge you, but all of your content and settings will be erased from your iPod, so if you can't sync it to your computer now, you'll be limited to those apps, tracks, etc. you can download again from the iTunes Store.

They will not charge you but as you've already been told everything on your Touch will be removed.
The serial number is on the back of the iPod, should you still need it for some reason.
Should be on the box it came in.
