IPOD IS DISABLED TRY AGAIN IN 22,604,370 MINUTES

Hi, My iPod is displaying 'iPOd Disabled try again in 22,604,370 minutes which I have worked out to be about 43 years. No doubt the kids have been attempting a few passwords, but 43 years... Really...?

Anyone know what I have to to to un-disable it?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
