Q: I've already agreed to these terms for Photo streaming for apple tv #1, but apple tv#2 doesn't recognize that I've accepted the terms.

I have a first gen apple tv and the newest.  I must have agreed to the icloud terms to share photos for the old tv.  The new tv wants me to go to the new terms of icloud.  I've gone through the steps from above, but I don't get the prompt to agree to the terms.  How can I get my pictures on the new apple tv?
