help guys bought some acme ss-204 external speakers and there is a constant noise similar to a helicopter lol that does not stop even when sound is turned off. tried everything like changing wires etc ...

can you disconnect 1 speaker? See if the common is creating the issue. Also make sure the 3.5mm plug is all the way in, some of these connectors vary slighty in size, and some times need a little extra push to get them to seat right. (I don't mean to go nuts pushing:) I did some research, and this seems to be a fairly wide spread problem hat I could not find a solution to. Does it do it with headphones? Have you tried different speakers? Make sure the input level is turned all the way down.
