Is there a way of allotting a picture to a file on creation?

In as much as: If I wanted to have a picture of, say, a pig added to every file I titled 'Pig', could I? Can this be done?

It's mainly for work as I have a lot of different companies I work for and while naming them is all well and good, I'd like to have default pictures for all of them too...

Thanks in advance.
