Updated app won't run on device.

Hi. I've recently updated my app using Xcode 4.5.2 but I have got some complaints from users who say the updated app doesn't open on their devices. They have iOS 5.1, but I am sure I have set the deployment target as iOS 5.0. Can anyone give me help? How can I solve this problem? Thanks. Andrea.
