Itunes 11 / 11.01 fonts not working

So i have had this problem since i upgraded to itunes 11 and its quite annoying because i can't really get the most out of itunes and i can't use it like i did back in itunes 10

if anyone know's why this i caused and how i can fix it i would really be thankful 🙂

ps yes i posted this on the itunes area of the forum but i haven't gotten any replies so i thought i would widen the area of which this is being shown 🙂 thanks again

You must have a corrupt font somewhere. That looks like it is substituting Geneva for the Helvetica that is supposed to be there.

You can TRY this but no guarantees it will work:

Make sure iTunes is closed. Quit out of it.

Open Applications > Font Book

In the File menu select "Restore System Fonts"

Reboot and restart iTunes and see if that helps.

the fonts under the album artists and genre view are not lining up properly so i can't navigate and use it properly

Does anyone know what the iTunes 11 menu font is? I can't use it since the update as the font is corrupt, but if I knew what it was I could sort it!

The track listings are fine it's just the menus that come up as AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
