What happens when you rent movies, transfer them to the ipad, then when you try to watch them an error appears on the screen? In 24 hours the rented movie is expired and I lost my $$$.

Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

I went to the purchase history link but rentals are not shown here, only purchases. I cannot see the invoice since my email was blocked at the time of download. I have since changed emails in the system.
Rentals are included in your purchase history.
Sometimes items purchased close together are grouped under one payment, try using the small arrows on the left side to expand a payment.
I have already clicked on (report a problem) and it has taged all the downloads as if they were problem downloads. I will keep you updated on the out come.
One other thing, I am trying to conect my ipad to my mac and it seems to be freezing itunes. What could this be?
