Not all calendars are showing up when I attempt to set a default calendar.
I have 4 calendars on my iCloud account. When I attempt to set a default calendar from a web browser, only 2 of the 4 calendars are listed. I've tried this in Firefox and Safari, and both exhibit the same behavior.
