How can I add and entire playlist at a time to an ipod with itunes 11?

I've been trying to figure out how to add an entire playlist to my Ipod Touch through Itunes 11 but I cannot figure out how. I've figured out that by hovering over a song, an arrow pops up next to the song title, and that allows you to specify where you'd like to add the song on the Ipod, and I was wondering if there was a way to add an entire playlist like that. Thanks a ton!
