Sharing iPhoto Library. Time Machine now back it up constantly

I performed the steps in the article to partition my hard drive on my new mac to share our iPhoto library. Now every time I turn on the new mac. Time Machine backs up the full iPhoto library to my Time Capsule. This has entirely filled up our Time Capsule.
