I have looked for apps for music like garage band, music recording related, then I thought I would just settle for a Uchre game. I have a very old ipod version 3.1.3 (7E18) . Thanks TR@aim4you

Sorry to report, Apple is the only place you can get those apps, & Apple are no longer accepting apps with deployment targets earlier iOS versions.
That said, you might try contact the developers of those earlier apps to see what they say.
