My dad recently turned off the WiFi in my house for more than two weeks. This morning, my phone beeped at me and said alerted me that my phone had not been backed up for iCloud for 2 weeks. I wasn't eve AWARE I had iCloud and I'm not sure what to do. It has never popped up before. If I don't back it up, what will happen?

Nothing, but if for some reason the device needs to be restored there will be a lot of data missing.
The easy way around this is to either turn the Wi-Fi back on or plug the device into the computer it normally syncs with and backup the device to the computer.
It's nothing, just don't worry about it. It because you don't backup along time so it ask you if you want to backup your icloud or not. When you get your wifi back just go to setting and then go down until you see Icloud then click on it and then they will ask you again, just click yes or do what ever it ask you to do.
