I can't get my MacBook Pro online! All other devices are working fine so it's not the router. It just keeps saying connection time out.


I have already tried deleting the preferred network, detecting and re-adding the wifi. Restarting everything. I'm at my wits end!

    I was having the same problem a couple months ago. A tech at the company I had my modem thru told me it was because of the connection speed. They used another companies towers to provide service. I was being throttled as it is called. This is where you get a slower connection speed. I have changed wireless providers now and use my cell phone for a hotspot device so I get 4g and have had no trouble since.
