iMac (mid-2011) i5 2.5Ghz 16GB-Ram - Windows 7 BSOD After BC4.0 Installed

Machine

iMac(Mid2011) 21.5inch

Processor: Core i5 (I5-2400S)

RAM: 16GB - PC3-10600 DDR3

Video: Radeon HD 6750M

Disk Drive: 500GB (7200RPM)

Mac OS: Mountain Lion 10.8.2 (all updated)

** I have installed Windows 7 - 64bit on this iMAC before without any issue's, and I have also verified that the Windows 7 install DVD is good by installing Windows 7 -64bit on the same iMAC via Parallels Desktop 7 (as a virtual machine obviously)**

**ALSO - I did try to do a completely fresh install still coming up with the same results**

After I successfully install Windows 7(64bit) onto my iMAC using the Bootcamp app via MAC OS, I boot into Windows 7 no problem - only thing left to do is run the SETUP.EXE to install the Bootcamp software (Which installs all the needed drivers and software for my iMAC).

-Run the BootCamp 4.0 (Build 4033)-

-Installed successfully and just says to reboot to complete the installation which is normal-

-REBOOT-

-Upon startup the Windows 7 Splashscreen comes up as usual, then when the screen goes black before it will then normally display the Logon Screen - Is when I get the BSOD-

-Rebooted again - Same thing - BSOD-

-Rebooted and selected option for SAFE MODE - NO GO - still gave me BSOD

-I made sure nothing was plugged into the iMAC (external devices)

-Only way I was able to get Windows to boot again was to run the RESTORE to before i installed BC4.0 software.

-I sucessfully restored Windows to before the BCinstall.

-Ran all of the Windows Updates till it was completely updated with none left to install-

-D/L New copy of the BootCamp 4.0 Software-

-Reinstalled the BootCamp 4.0 software again and rebooted to get the same thing - BSOD.

-This is the info from the dump file, It's kind of beyond me so I'm hoping maybe someone can tell me what the issue is and how to fix it.

Thank you for taking the time to review this post.
