where do i send my iphone in for repairs?

i spoke to apple and they said my iphone would be repaired, but i needed to send it in. while discussing the little details she stated to drop it off at a ups store. she never mentioned which address to ship for repairs. will ups know where to send the phone in or do i need to provide the address? i dont know if it is really that simple or not....

You should have a confirmation number for your claim, you will need to contact apple and find out which facilty they want you to ship it to.
