someone else adding to library

My husband has downloaded 9 e-books and they are in my library, only now there is Purchase(music ect. I had) and Purchase on HP_Administrator's iPad. Is there a way to keep this and other users from downloading into my library. I'm not being charged for these, so I don't know how this is working. I would like to keep a seperate library.
