Yes there is ... if you installed Find My iPad on your iPad before it was taken.

If you did, you can go to iCloud.com, log in using your Apple ID, find your iPad, and give the command to lock it.

If you did not install Find My iPad, you're out of luck.

Either way, contact the authorities.

If you have not enabled Find My iPad, you will not be able to track or remote lock your iPad.
