Siri turning on automatically on iPhone 5 while listening to music

I am now using an iPhone 5 and noticed that when listening to music using my earphones, Siri keeps on activating itself automatically. I disabled Siri to stop this bug but then the normal voice control suddenly turns on. How can this be stopped?
