My camera shutter is stuck on close. I have followed instruction to reboot iPad, also to force camera to take a Pugh

My camera is stuck on shutter closed, I have followed instructions to reboot, forced the camera to take a photo which appears on my camera roll but the shutter is still showing shut. This is stopping me using FaceTime and Skype anyone help?

Try This...


Close All Open Apps... Perform a Reset... Try again...


Reset ( No Data will be Lost )


Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and “ Restore “...

I had my 5S for two days and on day 2 took the iPhone out on a walk- After 30 pix it stopped working and repeated switching on and off and reset did not work. A friend said To press The main black button twice which shows you all The sites you have open! We discovered I had loads of apps open and switched them all off and then triedThe camera and the camera worked!! Why are There no instructions. I had assumed That when I clicked on the black button and the app disappeared that it was closed! Wrong and potentially costly!!
