Try This...

Close All Open Apps... Perform a Reset... Try again...

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

I had my 5S for two days and on day 2 took the iPhone out on a walk- After 30 pix it stopped working and repeated switching on and off and reset did not work. A friend said To press The main black button twice which shows you all The sites you have open! We discovered I had loads of apps open and switched them all off and then triedThe camera and the camera worked!! Why are There no instructions. I had assumed That when I clicked on the black button and the app disappeared that it was closed! Wrong and potentially costly!!

My camera shutter is stuck on close. I have followed instruction to reboot iPad, also to force camera to take a Pugh
