Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

it's Jan 10 and mine ..still is not working correctly!

Yes, I've turned the phone off/on 5 times a day since the 7th hoping that would correct it but it's STILL doing the same thing. NOW what? How do we fix it? I missed two VERY important calls because I believed Apple when they said it would be fixed. I do not have time to go to a store 60 miles away food some Genius(sic) to Talk down their nose when they tell me that there's no fix. Is it going to be fixed ever? A simple yes or no will do.

iPhone 4, Windows 7, iPhone Software 4.2.10, Verizon
