How do i check why and how much the fan works and makes noise if et does?
A program for fan control ?
And where do i find it in setting?

Install iStat pro, which you can get from the Internet. It will show you the internal temperatures and fan speeds of your MBP. There are fan control programs available but I do not recommend them. If you have a cooling issue, it is best to get a cooling pad or the like instead.
