I cant watch the movie I've rented

Ive rented a movie on iTunes, have been charged for it but can not watch it its been over 24hrs since i rented and the movie is still not available. What to do?

I've previously purchased a movie and it workout out fine, its on vídeos on my iPad but Im having issues with the rented movie
