photostream will not load on apple tv

it says "terms of service have changed". I found an article on apple support.

I have tried the resolultion as described under "Microsoft Wondows", however it does not work: the "Terms & Conditions" do not appear. Any suggestions?

Apple TV (3rd generation), Windows 7
