Hello, as of yesterday I am not receiving any emails on my iPhone. Have tried turning the phone off, and rebooting. Doesn't work. I read something about having your email account open on another device, but that has not affected it before. None of the new emails in my inbox are showing up. Please help!!!!

Delete the email account and readd it.
Deleted the account, and re-added it. Didn't work. Now says "Cannot Get Mail. The connection to the server failed". Has been 10 minutes.
then I would contact the email provider.
Try quitting the Mail app.
Go to the Home screen and double click the Home button. That will reveal the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the app in question until it wiggles and displays a minus sign. Tap the minus sign to actually quit the app. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal. Then restart the app and see if it works normally.
I'm having the same problem and just tried that. Didn't work. 😟
I also tried deleting the app, didn't work for me either. Dont think it is a hotmail issue, as my email is working fine on my computer.
Just read on another post, to delete the hotmail account and when you readd it use other to add the account.

Thanks for your suggestion. Had this problem on my husband's iphone with iCloud email - I quit the app as you suggested and when I restarted it, mail started coming through again.
