Anyone knows how to prevent notifications display wake without jailbreaking?

If not possible, how can I ensure Apple will hear this request?

I don't really understand your question, but you can give Apple feedback here: http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html

"Jailbreaking can not be discussed her per the Terms of Service."

I did *not* ask for jailbreaking info. I *know* how to achieve my goal with jb. ToS does not forbid me to mention it. And yes, I've read it entirely. You might think 2.8.2 applies but I did not ask for ways to workaround digital rights.

"Try actually looking at the notification options. If you turn off "Show in Lock Screen" for an item, then it will not wake th display for notifications from that app."

I am afraid your recommendation will disable notifications which is not what I want. I hope I clearly stated I only want to prevent display wakeup WITHOUT losing any other function.
