Where did you purchase this phone? It sounds like it was reported stolen or lost and blacklisted by the carrier.

How exactly did you check the IMEI number?  Did you try calling your carrier and asking them why you're getting that message?

What website? There is no definitive list of blacklisted devices available on the web. Did you give your carrier the IMEI # of the phone and ask them why you are gettinga message saying your phone is not allowed?

I suggest you do so.
