Q: My Apple TV load wireless however will not permit me to enter hotel password

Currently I work on the road when I try to use my Apple TV in different hotels it shows full strength. However I know I need to enter a username and password. However nothing comes up on the Apple TV to load the information into any one have an idea.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.

     

    You cannot join a network that uses a web page to enter the login details, the Apple TV does not have a web browser.

    Thanks that does make sense. However what I don't understand why it is some locations when I load into their wireless next thing that pops up is enter password. However not all hotel chains have this ability for some reason.

    So basically apple needs to place a web browser icon on the load up page for Apple TV.

    Anyone from Apple able to do this?

    This is a user forum. You will not get a response from Apple here.

     

    Those locations don't require a login via web browser, you simply enter a password directly. You will not be able to access this hotels network, there is nothing to fix
