Dear Apple Team,

kindly noe that my iphone is 3GS and its VERSION 4.1 then i asked to upload some applications including the facebook and then a message appreared

YOU CANT DOWNLOAD AS THIS IS IOS 4.3 therfore i couldnt download and also in many applications,then i updated the 6.1 through the itunes then a message appears Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable,so please advise what should i do in order to reset my phone.

This message indicates that your phone was hacked to unlock it from the original carrier, and when you updated it locked back up to that carrier.

where did you buy the phone from?

You should seriously consider buying a new phone that hasn't been hacked or jailbroken to unlock it as yours has been. You can not get help with your hacked phone here. You may be able to find an answer out there somewhere on the Internet, but you won't find one here.

Call AppleCare, give them the model and the serial number of your iPhone, find out which cell carrier your iPhone is now locked with and contact them to see if there is a process for you to unlock it.
