Can i pair my ipod touch (fourth generation) to my ps3?

I want to use my ipod on my ps3 so i can possibly play the music that is on my ipod through the ps3 instead of having to buy multiple cds for only one song off of each cd. I just want to know what the pass key would be for mine because i dont know where to look or to go from here. My ps3 recognizes my ipod but requests a pass key register it so it knows my ipod from anything else. Can anyone help me with this pass key problem? I dont know what mine is on my ipod.

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.0.1

Okay I was wondering the same thing and after messing with it for a while i figured out if you go on your Ipod and turn on bluetooth and leave it at that screen then when your ps3 prompts you for the pass key its asking you to set your own private one so I simply entered 0000 and selected next on my ps3 and then I noticed my Ipod asked me for a passkey aswell so at that point you enter what you entered on your ps3 (mine being 0000) onto your Ipod and wala its done. :) so yea enjoy
