how to sync outlook to iphone?

I AM RUNNING OUTLOOK 2010 ON MY IMAC, I HAVE JUST ACQUIRED AN IPHONE 4 AND WANT TO SYNC MY CALENDAR, NOTES AND MESSAGES BETWEEN THE TWO. HOW DO I DO THAT?

There is no Outlook 2010 for the Mac. There is an Outlook 2010 for Windows. There is an Outlook 2011 for the Mac.
