I have this Question if anyone can actually answer it A.S.A.P

OKay i downloaded itunes onto my laptop i have ipod nano Gen 4 and when i acess my itunes it show my icloud on it is my purchaced stuff and not the stuff that i Burned from my CD's how do u show that on itunes and dou have to have icloud.also when i plug in my ipod it usally said on old itunes wld u like to transfer music on This ipod to this Computer even though its the same user.
