Express Connectivity Issues

Has anyone else found it impossible to connect one of the first AirPort Express models after upgrading to the latest IOS? I have tried downloading the firmware to a USB and resetting the Express but it will not connect to my network any longer. Oddly, it will play music only from my Imac but not any of the PC's.
