Kernel panic using FileVault

Hi guys,

so I am having a kernel panic when using FileVault. I've had this problem before and I thought it might have been my os x install or my SSD so I grabbed a new drive and re-installed the OS. I just started the FileVault process, it asked me to restart the machine and straight after logging in I get a kernel panic again. Below is the panic log.

Could it be because I'm using a SSD SataIII drive with a SataII board?

Any ideas on solution or a way of troubleshooting?
