Where are downloads going to? I don't see them (any more) in my Download Folder. A black screen comes Safari screen comes up. I try searching for the name (for instance ".img") from the URL but nothing is found.
Some apps/documents download, some don't. The Safari screen is always black (blank) for those that do not download.
