My music cannot be sync from my PC(Window 7) to iPhone 5

I'm currently using iTunes (11.0.1.12) and my iPhone 5 is (iOS 6.0.2) but my music cannot move from my PC to my iPhone. I try it the same way and same settings for my iPad 3 (iOS 6.0.1), it works so perfectly with my iPad but not my iPhone. Why? My photo is perfectly sync into my phone but none of the music going in. Anyone got solution to solve this problem?
