APNS Push Notification cost

Hello,

I'm developing an application for a client which requires using Push Notifications. I know APNS is a free service but I need to provide the URL to the client to convince him.

Nowhere on the Apple's site can I find it mentioned that it is free. Can somebody please provide me the URL where it mentions it as free or atleast mentions the charges.
