Old Apple ID password and email unknown

Hi,

My old Apple ID must be linked to an old email, because I don't receive the password resets.

My security question doesn't work, forgotten the answer!

I need to transfer apps and music to my new email-based Apple ID. Got a few $ tied up there and can't upgrade.

Any clues on how I can get my old Apple ID re-activated?
