How many of you are having trouble with the new facebook app freezing???

I uploaded new Facebook App and it freezes then goes back to main menu. After about 13 attempts at uploading it still does not work. I am using fb through bigpond on my Iphone and it is a lot slower. How can this problem be fixed? Starting to do my head in...:-(
