I have added a file into the app iMovie in itunes... but after i sync and open imovie on my phone i cannot find that video file there. What do I need to do to get it showing in imovie on my phone?

no the issue is I have an .mov file. This file i am placing into the file sharing section in itunes on the imovie app. But when I open up my phone. The file is no where to be found in the imovie app.

Based on this, have you checked for your movie in Music > More (might it be where the music would be stored as indicated above)?
