I have an iphone 3gs it is with rogers (canada) I am having troubles activating it? It says that there was an error and it can not be activated, try again later. I have tried over and over. I tried the dfu mode which the phone currently won't go into? Please help!

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.0.1
