oki c3200 - can I connect this?

First Mac just arrived in our home (MBPro running OSX10.8.2) and I am trying to connect it to our printer. It's an oldie but works well for us - Oki c3200. 2 PCs running Windows 7 print perfectly. I'm not too techie so simple language help is appreciated. I've looked around & it appears that the printer should be supported, but I can't find any drivers - what can I do (besides get a new printer... I have too much ink to do that!)?
