My Application for our university takes too long

Hello,I can not find the way to online support so I post here.

I applicate my university(Nanjing Audit University in China) for itunes U.

Now the status is under verify of Apple, the web site says about 5 days apple will send me an mail.

But since now, a month passed, still no email. I checked the spam, no email either.
